The gurudwara was founded in 1974 by the sikh community. It is housed in a beautiful
new building built in 1981 on 18 acres of land. Religious activities include shabad Kirtan and Gurubani recitations in the "Amrit Vela"; there is a weekly Sunday Diwan. Community services consist of Guru-Ka-Langar,preaching to the younger generation, environment guidance and practical approach to living as that of Guru Govind Singh. Punjabi and Gurumikhi classes are also held.

From Rte, 128 N or S:
Take exit 16B, 109W, Westwood. Go straight on Rte 109 for about 15 min, passing through Westwood and Medfield. The next town is Millis. Stay on 109. At the STOP light (Shell and Exxon gas stations on the corners), turn left on Rte 115. At the stop sign, bear right onto Village Street, stay to the right at the fork in one block. Go through two flashing lights; the Gurduara sahib is on the left in about another half minute. The sign says "Guru Ram Das Ashram, 368 Village St."
From Rte 495:
Take Exit 19, [same as Milford Gurduara Sahib], Go left at the bottom of the exit, stay on 109, going through one traffic light and bearing right at the blinking yellow light. Cross 109 at the immediate next light and go left onto Village Street at the stop sign. Go approximately 3 miles to 368 Village Street. the Gurduara sahib is on the right. [If you pass TWO blinking yellow lights, you have gone too far].
